Iam an owner of Ford ecosport Titanium AT 1.5 L, purchased in Feb 2020 still under warranty. Recently I found fuel leak from fuel filler Rubber hose. I contacted your RSA team but no one came to inspect the leak but asked me to bring the vehicle to the service center. They arranged crane to toe the car to Kairali Kottayam workshop. I didnt receive warranty

User's recommendation: Do not buy Ford vehicle.

To learn how to fix my vehicle problem at affordable cost

Radio in my vehicle (EcoSports, Super Deluxe, Diesel, manufactured in 2013, with engine no. DD86060, chassis no. MAJAXXMRKADD86060) began not functioning well for the last about 10 days, particularly tuning in a station including unclear sound. Subsequently, when I pushed the CD player bottom, it did not play but gave message "CD player dysfunction". Then I took the vehicles to the Chabahil Ford Service Center in Kathmandu. A mechanics checked (and also said that he shared the problem with an expert in India Customer Service) and said that the "Audio Control Module (ACM)" in the vehicle is dysfunctional and needs replacement (maintenance is not possible), which will cost NPR80,000. Since this very high cost, I want to request to know and get advise if the problem can be fixed through maintenance of existing ACM or is there a possibility of replacing ACM at affordable cost?

Complaint about Thrissur ford service center

Hi sir, I am Ansar from Kerala india, I have a eco sport ford 2015 model. Since we took the car face a lot of issues with this car and we spend a huge amount for many issues. Recently I gave the car to Thrissur service center for some works and I paid about 72000 inr. Now there is some issues on my car that i didnt face before to gave them. I am very dissatisfied with this car now and their service. I cannot drive this car now. Hope you understand my situation and you need to take further action regarding this. Or else I will give this car to company for free. Thanks and regards

Complaint unresolved (ECOSPORT BATTERY)

Sir, My Ford EcoSport has battery issue. Service centre asks to call RSA and RSA says they will tow it to service centre. Kindly advise what exactly has to be done to resolve my battery issue as it is still in warranty period. Vehicle has met accident after servicing by driver. Pick and drop was arranged by service centre.

My vehicle went for servicing on 26/11/2022 and while returning by company driver on 27/11/2022, it met a severe accident. Vehicle is still lying at MGS Ford, Lucknow workshop. So far no work has been started. I have given the photo copy of insurance and registration paper.

Issue in product quality & post sales services

Still no contact from Ford India.I took additional warranty for extra 3 year & their team saying that I got my car opened outside . I don’t know which individual will be foolish to get the internal electric fault fixed outside company when warranty is there.Secondly just not to cover the part in warranty they making me standing wrong to hide Their employee mistake who broken the navigation chip

Accessories quality too low, My car is under warranty & navigation chip is corrupted which is technical internal part of the car and Service station saying its not covered under warranty

User's recommendation: Never opt for Ford as post sales service & cheap quality accessories.

To book a complain

I have sent my car at Ford service centre at silchar Assam three months back and deposited an amount of rupees 50000 but till now they are not giving any response for repairing and giving false information every time. Please advice
