Demand of charge by agency before mechanical work

I want to contact the Ford service center for my Ford EcoSport regarding some issues with the suspension. Employees demanded money prior to any kind of inspection or work on the vehicle.

According to this, the customer will have to pay 500 or 1000 before even getting the car entered into the service center. Please confirm this policy with Ford.

Ford India - TN18T1890 REPAIR DELAY

I gave my Ford Ecosport to Dhruvan Ford on 12 Dec 2023 after the Chennai Flood due to Michaung. It's been 5.5 months, and I've seen no update regarding the completion of repairs.

The last I heard from the service center was that they ordered a wiring harness, and they haven't received it from Ford yet.

Please address this concern ASAP as I have been waiting patiently for more than 5.5 months now and I am afraid my car may sustain further damage by just lying there without any work done for so long. My contact number is 950005****.

I am owning a Ford Ecosport Titanium Diesel vehicle purchased at Sarvesh Ford, Vellore in 2017 (Vehicle No TN23 CE4863). I bought it for an huge amount of Rs 11,00,000/- as a pride owner of Ford Car.

Earlier i was ownining Ford Fiesta. After my purchase of Ecosport I pestered my brothers and friends to by ford vehicle. They bought Ford Figo and Freestyle. So myself, brothers and friends are owning four Ford vehicles.

We are big fan of Ford cars and in spite of Ford closing manufacturing Unit at Chennai, we have not sold the cars.

All our Ford Vehicles are doing good at par with my expectations except service point of view.

It was noted during first year of my vehicle purchase, the digital clock of my vehicle is getting slower i.e minutes gets slower within few days after setting the time. I complained it during my first service they reset the time and returned the vehicle. It happened for several yearly services i.e i complain the defect and service people will do something and the defect will appear after 2-3 weeks of service.

Service people are not able to ascertain the reason for the defect. I work for Ministry of Defence and i bought my car from my hard earned money.

I feel cheated by purchasing a defective car / service not done properly. I feel cheated and am loosing trust on Ford Service.

Kindly, consider my problem and please look into the root cause for defect and repair / replace the digital clock free of cost as the defect observed during the warranty period .

Expecting an early and favorable response from Ford.

I am having Ford Ecosport Titenium Plus 2017 Model. Since one and half year the fuel indicator is not giving the reading properly.

Ist time in 2022 my car has stopped in traffic and was not getting started. I have contacted Ford Service center, and they have told me to bring your car at service center. Somehow, I have called the crane and send my car to them. After several checks they have told me that the battery is weak whereas it was 2 and half year old, but I have changed as per their advice after one hour they are saying the fuel is in empty condition whereas the fuel meter (DTE) was showing 65 km.

Now it has started frequently that DTE is showing 120 KMS, but fuel gets empty.

Even sometimes DTE is 180 but car stopped. Since then, Ford has experimented so many things. They have changed Gauge twice.

Finally, they have changed cluster meter also, but today again the issue has occurred. DTE is 135, but fuel get empty.

In these scenario I have expended more than 23K rupees, but problem is as it is.

I don't have an issue with the money what I have expended, but the bigger problem is Ford is not able to diagnose the root cause, and they are showing their inability to fix this.

Now I want all my money back which they have charged unnecessarily and after that I will do whatever I wish to do with my car.

This company is a useless company which has no use here in India, it has no rules to work, this company is just there to harass the customers.This company neither has any available parts nor do they have any perfect mechanic who can do the proper work.I have made a big mistake by buying a vehicle from this company. This company should be banned in India.

Ford's service is very bad. My car is in the service center since February 24.1 have not got the car back yet.

Even after calling the service center, I do not get any response.

Ford's service. The service center people do not talk to the customers properly.

Good day ,

This is to raise concern regarding very poor services offered by Pahwa ford , Faridabad,Haryana.

My car went for regular service and despite mentioning problems to adviser Amit Mishra and manger Mr honey Nagpal, the problem still persist and they charged huge bill for same and did nothing.

And now when I am calling mangers they are not responding to my calls.

Kindly look into this issue or else I will raise complaint to higher authorities.
